Who we are

What we collect, and when

We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us through this website:

Contact and lead forms — your name, email address and mobile number when you fill our "Get in Touch" form, unlock a calculator, or submit session feedback.

Calculator inputs — when you unlock results on our calculators (such as the FIRE Calculator or Retirement Planner), the figures you entered (such as age, monthly expenses and investment amounts) are submitted along with your contact details so we can discuss your results meaningfully if you ask us to.

Usage data — like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out using Google's browser opt-out tools or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

We do not collect financial account numbers, PAN, Aadhaar, passwords or payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, share your calculator results, provide the services you ask about, and — only where you have consented — to contact you via email, phone or WhatsApp with relevant investment information and updates from DhanONE.

Consent

We collect and use your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or tick the consent box on this website. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to bhumitaparekh@dhanonewealth.com. After withdrawal, we will stop contacting you and delete your details from our marketing records, except where we are required to retain records under applicable law or regulation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Your form submissions are processed through Formspree (our form service provider) and delivered to us. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. If you become a client, your data is shared with regulated entities (such as AMCs, RTAs or our execution platforms) only as required to execute the investments you instruct, under SEBI and AMFI regulations.

How long we keep it

We retain lead and enquiry information for as long as needed to serve your request or until you ask us to delete it. Client records are retained as required under applicable SEBI, AMFI and tax regulations.

Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these rights, email bhumitaparekh@dhanonewealth.com with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website and our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted data is restricted to DhanONE. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
